Meeting called to order at 7:20 p.m. with 8 members present ~ (John Rich, Mike Moyer, Ed Cole, Lane
Corey, Mike Moyer, Ken Cleveland, Dee Dee Corey, Ray Cole)
Minutes from May 13, 2015 meeting were read and accepted.
Treasurer’s Report read and accepted.
Events:
Club ride Sunday June 14, 2015 ~ Pawlet Trail head off Rt 30. Meet at 9:30 Go at 10:00. Motion was made
to offer FREE lunch, 2 nd and passed Club will offer FREE lunch for this ride. Lunch will be at 1:30. Bring
you radios for communication in case someone breaks down or gets lost.
Mt Washington Ride will be July 26 th ~ $30 per machine and $10 for extra rider. Only two up machines can
be ridden by two people for this ride.
July 4 th Parade ~ Poultney ~ Mike Moyer will be the contact for this event.
June 20 , 2015 ~ A group will be going to Lancaster, NH to ride. Meet at Home Depot at 6:00 a.m. Riding
the Ride the Wild Trail System. Lodge at Lancaster Motor Inn 800-834- 3244
June BOD Meeting:
VASA is hiring trail assistant to work 40 hours per week.
VASA is also still working on the website to be able to sell TAD memberships online.
Fish & Wildlife will Patrol the trails. They will issue tickets for unregistered machines, etc…
Trail Report:
Most all of the trails have been checked and trees cleared. Sherry’s has not been check yet so if riding
there bring chainsaw and clippers so if needed.
Old Business:
BOD the State registration will increase July 1, 2015 from $25 to $35 per machine. Machines can be 64”
wide. Online sales also passed.
Reciprocity with all states also passed. Fee will be $50.00.
New Business:
Ray spoke with David Noel regarding the club website and will speak with him further to make changes to
the site.
Bernie updated the subscription for the website.
Big Event: Aug 8, 2015 in Danville
Central Vermont Motorcycle inquired about the club having a booth at their Carnival on Aug 14,15,16. Ken
to get with Jay for more information on this.
Ken brought up the question about expanding the trail system. Looking at starting at Lavictory’s to Pawlet.
More discussion in the future.
Shumlin is working on getting it so that ATV can ride on public land. More information from VASA in the
future.
